    Apple Cider Cranberry Cupcakes

I have a new appreciation for cranberries in my old age as an adult. As a kid I always enjoyed the jellied cranberry sauce, and was somehow never weirded out that it was still shaped like the can. Now, however, I see so many more uses for cranberries than just for cranberry sauce. Take these Apple Cider Cranberry Cupcakes, for instance.

    Pumpkin Spice Latte Cupcakes

It doesn’t seem that the pumpkin spice trend is going to let up anytime soon. Or ever. I adore pumpkin spice. That said, I’m definitely Team Baked Goods when it comes down to it. I don’t need pumpkin potato chips or anything. *shudders at the thought* These Pumpkin Spice Latte Cupcakes, though…they’re right up my alley.

    Honey Lavender Cupcakes

We are BACK from our Hawaiian vacation! It was an amazing trip! Though I’m still in a jet-lagged fog, I’m inspired and ready to get back in the kitchen! In the meantime, I do have one recipe that I was *supposed* to share before our trip that’s finally ready! You’re going to love these Honey Lavender Cupcakes!

    Confetti Cupcakes

Nothing screams PARTY! quite like Confetti Cupcakes. I’ve seen confetti/funfetti treats everywhere lately. Cakes, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, scones…you name it! When I discovered adorable birthday cake graham bunnies (and so close to Easter!), I knew what I had to do!

    Peppermint Mocha Cupcakes

It’s beginning to look a lot like…peppermint! It’s after Thanksgiving, so I’m now (officially!) in full Christmas mode. Peppermint is just something that screams the holidays to me. I’m not a big fan of peppermint on its own, but pair it with chocolate and I am IN. Better yet, let’s add some espresso, too. These Peppermint Mocha Cupcakes will get you in the holiday spirit!

    Death by Chocolate Cupcakes

Sometimes, you just need a little chocolate…and sometimes, just a little chocolate won’t do. Maybe your toddler is being extra toddler-y, and your tweens have been expressing a little extra tween angst. Hypothetically, of course. It’s at those times that you need ALL the chocolate. My friend, that’s when you need these Death by Chocolate Cupcakes.

    Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream

Guys. School started, and my kids brought aaaall the germs home. I have been sick, with one thing or another, for WEEKS. Just over two weeks straight, to be more exact. As a result of my sickness (and a few total kitchen failures, which I’ll go ahead and blame on my weakened immune system), I haven’t had many sweets coming out of my kitchen lately. I thought a good way to ease my way back into the kitchen was with these Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream.

    Mimosa Cupcakes

Mimosas! To me, mimosas are the ultimate in self-pampering, and a surefire sign that a lovely day is ahead of me. You can keep your manicures and facials and massages. I just want breakfast and a mimosa (or two). And some quiet, although I doubt that’s possible. My love of sweets naturally leads me to want to morph one of my favorite beverages into a baked good. These Mimosa Cupcakes are orange and champagne cake topped with a champagne Italian meringue buttercream. In honor of Mother’s Day coming up, I tried my hand at making some citrus-colored fondant roses and peonies to dress them up.
