    Raspberry Pistachio Tartlets

The bounty of summer berries is always inspiring me for new ways to use them! I saw some gorgeous raspberries, and of course my brain immediately started pairing them with other delicious flavors. Pistachios, honey, vanilla…the resulting creating was these delicious Raspberry Pistachio Tartlets!

We have just a few days until the official start of Summer! Summertime makes me think beach trips, barbeques, and tropical flavors. I had a hunch that mango would work with chocolate, and I got to work! The result: this Chocolate Mango Tart!

    Ginger Grapefruit Tart

Sometimes you see the same flavor profiles over and over again. For good reason, of course. I mean, it’s hard to beat chocolate and peanut butter. Or strawberries and lemon. For a fun new flavor twist, give this Ginger Grapefruit Tart a try!

    Blueberry Curd Tart

Well, this is it. This is my last new Summer recipe for this year! I have a recipe or two that are a nice segue between summer and fall, and then I will unapologetically dive fork-first into Fall. <3 This Blueberry Curd Tart is an excellent (and delicious) way to commemorate the end of summer.

    Coconut Pineapple Tart

It’s a cool (for July…around 80 degrees) and rainy day in Michigan today, but we’ve had our share of tropical weather lately! It’s been consistently in the 90s and humid…and we’re currently living with my in-laws…with no AC. Let’s just say I’m very aware of the weather. 😉 I’m sure you’ll all feeling pretty tropical lately, too, so it’s the perfect time to treat yourself to my Coconut Pineapple Tart!

    Pumpkin Meringue Tart

‘Tis the season for all things pumpkin! Pumpkin pie used to be my favorite fall dessert when I was a kid. Although I can no longer say that it’s my favorite, no Fall is complete without a slice of pumpkin pie. Or, in this case, a slice of Pumpkin Meringue Tart. <3

    Chocolate Caramel Tart

Happy first day of Fall! Something about Fall makes me want to put caramel on all the things. While I wouldn’t necessarily call this Chocolate Caramel Tart a seasonal recipe, I’m perfectly happy to enjoy this recipe all year long. 🙂

    Strawberry Peach Tart

Sometimes I find myself with a craving, and the thing that I’m craving doesn’t officially exist. It only exists in my dreams. This is how I felt when I made my Chocolate Peanut Butter Angel Food Cake, Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie, and Pumpkin Spice Latte Cookies. I can imagine–no, FEEL–a recipe in my head, but I can’t find an actual, published recipe. At least not in the way that I had imagined. Well, here’s another for the list: Strawberry Peach Tart.
