    As the year draws to a close, it's time to check out the Best Desserts of 2024! These are the top 10 most popular recipes from Live to Sweet, the most baked by you this year!

    Here they are: the Best Desserts of 2024! These are the top 10 most baked recipes from Live to Sweet this year! No matter which is your favorite, I think we can agree it was one sweet year!

    10 - Chocolate Cherry Pie

    When I dreamed up this Chocolate Cherry Pie, I imagined it being made in the middle of summer, but you have all been making it year-round! With tons of traffic for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, this gorgeous pie is in the top ten for the fourth year in a row (of the four years I've made this list!), holding the #10 spot on the blog this year!     This recipe is close to my heart (as are a few others in this list)! My mom has been baking these since before I was born, and I don't think I've lived a Christmas without eating one (okay...perhaaaaps more than one each Christmas). This old family favorite recipe holds the #9 spot on the blog for 2024!

    These Honey Cookies are simply perfect, and deserving of their spot as the #5 most popular recipe on the blog, in the same spot as last year! These cookies are 4/4 for making the top ten the past four years! You can make them plain, drizzle them with glaze, or spend an afternoon making them into a patterned masterpiece! They are so versatile, it's no wonder that so many of you chose to make them, too!

    The recipe for these Date Pinwheel Cookies are one of my absolute favorites! This recipe has been in my family for decades (4 decades, if not 5!), and tastes like home to me! I'm delighted to see this recipe in the #2 spot this year, up from #4 last year!

    Here it is the most popular recipe on the blog in 2024: Cinnamon Pie with Apple Cider Meringue! Pinterest went crazy for this gorgeous pie in the Fall! I was so honored that so many people made it for their Thanksgiving feasts this year, pushing it into the top 10 for the first time since it was published in 2022, and securing the #1 spot on the blog this year!

    So, as it turns out, some of the most popular recipes on the blog this year weren't desserts! They were breakfast or components of desserts, so I didn't want to list them in the top ten. That said, since these were some of the most popular recipes on the blog (and not to be missed!), I wanted to include them here!
