15+ Christmas Breakfast Recipes

I’ve seen lots of recipe roundups out there for Christmas sweets, desserts, and dinner ideas, but I haven’t seen any for Christmas breakfasts! Planning breakfast on Christmas morning might not be something at the top of your to-do list, but come Christmas morning you’ll be glad you took a peek at these 15+ Christmas Breakfast Recipes!

I’ve broken my 15+ Christmas Breakfast Recipes into the following categories:

  • Sweet Rolls – my favorites! So special and universally loved, so you can’t go wrong.
  • Breads & Muffins – fantastic for making in advance!
  • Everything Else – last but not least! Scones, madeleines, and cake for breakfast!

Sweet Rolls

We’ll start with my own personal favorite: sweet rolls! I just think that sweet rolls are so special and so universally loved that they just make sense for the holidays, right? Oh, and they’re super delish, too. 😀

Chocolate Caramel Sweet Rolls
These soft sweet rolls are filled with chocolate filling and homemade dulce de leche, then topped with dulce de leche cream cheese frosting swirled with chocolate ganache! The ultimate in breakfast decadence!

Funfetti Cinnamon Rolls

Muffins and quick breads are always a good idea for a busy Christmas morning, because you can make them in advance and have them at the ready! As for the Buttermilk Biscuits–they can be made into sooo many things! Make breakfast sandwiches, slather in jam or honey, or serve alongside a full breakfast spread!
